We have affiliate marketing, e-commerce, email marketing, dropshipping, blogging, freelancing, video logging etc.
And I am sure that you have heard of some if not all of these systems.
Here is what 90% of people who try to make money online do:
- read every blog out there about making money online
- learn about affiliate marketing, e-commerce, email marketing, drop shipping, creating their own online store selling physical products, blogging, freelance
- get lost in information and advice
- after a few weeks or months…
- they quit…
It’s like they are chasing after EVERY shiny objects.
The truth is that you will get no where by doing this.
The only way to make money online is to follow a proven system.
And the time frame is not short either because you have to pick a system and stick with it 100%.
Identifying the right making money online system
Email marketing, e-commerce, blogging, affiliate marketing, drop-shipping, etc. Just pick any system that you want to stick with.
But make sure you stick with that system and do not deviate from it until you get it right. Don’t lose focus. Don’t get pulled in by another attractive video sales page that promises you the world.
Make sure you learn everything you can about that online system and take the required actions that will make it work. Also make sure that you seek out mentors but don’t be deceived. No one can tell you which system to pick. No one can tell you which business model to go after.
You have to make the decision. Don’t expect someone, especially someone from the internet to make that decision for you.
However, what I can do is to provide you with a proven system that works, and is working for thousands and thousands of people everyday.
The system that will make you money online
- Find a niche that you are interested in (dating, weight loss, online marketing etc.)
- Find a product to promote (as an affiliate) from ClickBank.
- Create a one page opt-in website (using Unbounce or Leadpages)
- Pick an email service provider (Aweber, GetResponse, Constant Contact etc.)
- Integrate the one page website with your chosen affiliate program or product.
- Set up a series of emails that provides VALUABLE content and the occasional promotional emails.
- Drive targeted traffic to your one page opt-in website.
- Continue to build relationship with your list with great content and promos.
I would recommend 3 to 5 content emails to 1 promo emails. Continue to learn email marketing, copywriting and your niche.
There you go, use that system to make $2k a month, $5k a month, $10k a month or $100k a month online.
The more time you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it.
So go out there, take action, pick a system and run with it.

Thanks for this article. I have once submitted my blog to AdSense incessantly but I got no result, so I gave up. A friend had to give me an AdSense from UK which I have been using. But I have not really been cool with it, as I desire my own. I have done a lot of reading and I’m preparing to pull down the UK AdSense from the blog and reapply to google. I only need someone to have a look in and tell me if the blog stands a chance.

I scrapped my first news blog and became less interested to publish new blog post there after Google rejected my application. I was so annoyed that I gave up.
However, I have gone on to build a new blog, now a business blog where I have better passion. I’m looking forward to applying again next year when my blog will be at least 6 months old.
But wait, how many articles must I publish before I applying? Help me check my blog to know if I’m on point. I seriously want to start making money from AdSense (autopilot) while I build other passion.

The truth is that it’s getting more and more difficult to earn a good passive income via Google AdSense. To do this, you’ve to be very creative in your approach to marketing. About the articles, it more about the quality that the quantity of your articles.
There is no hard or fast rule about this. Just publish about 10 article of 1500 words or more and send your application over to Google. The keyword here is “NO HARD or FAST RULE”. Google’s AdSense policy is changing every time.
